Important: Service Nature & Zero Downtime Liability Notice
Doop AI (do0p.com) is an ultra-low-cost developer API gateway and MCP orchestration service offering compute rates up to 80–90% lower than traditional enterprise providers.
• NO 100% UPTIME GUARANTEE: The service is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without service level agreements (SLAs).
• ZERO DOWNTIME LIABILITY: We are NOT responsible or liable for any API downtime, latency spikes, upstream cluster outages, or MCP disconnections.
• NO FINANCIAL COMPENSATION: We are not liable to pay any compensation, refunds, or damages for any service disruption or downtime.
• BUYER'S RISK: You are purchasing and using this service strictly at your own risk. Client-side fallback systems are strongly recommended.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating an account on, or integrating the APIs or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers of Doop AI (“Do0p”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) available at do0p.com, you (“User”, “Developer”, “Customer”, or “You”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision in this Agreement, you must immediately cease all access and use of our platform, APIs, and services.
2. Nature of the Service & Budget API Gateway
Do0p is a developer-focused infrastructure gateway, reverse proxy, and MCP orchestration layer designed to provide programmatic access to cutting-edge artificial intelligence models (including but not limited to Veo 2, Flux, Wan 2.2, CogVideo, and related generative vision engines).
Do0p operates with an aggressive low-cost pricing model, offering inference endpoints at a fraction of standard hyperscaler pricing (often up to 80% to 90% cheaper). You expressly acknowledge that this aggressive pricing is made possible through dynamic GPU routing, open compute pools, and upstream reverse proxies, and that the service does not include enterprise guarantees, dedicated hardware leases, or guaranteed continuous availability.
3. Strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, DO0P DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
4. Zero Downtime Liability & No Service Level Agreement (SLA)
You understand and expressly agree that:
- No 100% Guarantee: Do0p does NOT provide or warrant 100% uptime, zero latency, or continuous uninterrupted connectivity.
- Frequent Outages & Maintenance: AI models, inference clusters, upstream proxy nodes, and database servers may encounter downtime, latency spikes, rate-limiting, server crashes, cold-starts, or scheduled/unscheduled maintenance without advance notice.
- Zero Financial Compensation: Do0p is strictly NOT liable to pay any monetary compensation, financial penalty, damages, service credits, or revenue reimbursement for any downtime, whether lasting seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
- No SLA Commitments: No employee, agent, or representative of Do0p has the authority to issue verbal or written guarantees contradicting this zero-downtime-liability clause.
5. Use at Your Own Sole Risk (“Buyer Beware”)
You explicitly acknowledge that your purchase of credits and use of the Do0p API, MCP server, and playground is done entirely at your own discretion and sole risk.
If you integrate Do0p APIs or MCP tools into external client applications, SaaS products, production bots, or automated workflows:
- You are exclusively responsible for implementing adequate error handling, retry logic, timeout ceilings, and redundant fallback providers (e.g. secondary API keys from other services).
- Do0p is expressly NOT designed or intended for use in high-risk, mission-critical, life-support, emergency, or safety-critical applications where failure could lead to personal injury, death, or catastrophic financial losses.
- Do0p assumes zero liability for any downstream customer churn, lost sales, reputational damage, or software breakage experienced by your business.
6. Credits, Billing, & Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Do0p operates on a prepaid credit system. By purchasing credits on do0p.com, you agree to the following financial terms:
1. ALL PURCHASES ARE 100% FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE: Once credits are purchased via our payment processors (e.g. Cashfree, UPI, Cards, Netbanking), the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded to your bank account, card, or original payment method.
2. CREDITS ARE NOT LEGAL TENDER: Credits represent a non-transferable, limited license to access computational resources on our platform. Credits have no cash equivalent and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
3. TECHNICAL GENERATION FAILURES: If an API call fails due to an upstream server error (e.g. HTTP 500 error where zero output pixels/frames were produced), our automated system or support staff may, at our sole discretion, restore the spent credits to your internal wallet. Under NO circumstances will fiat monetary refunds be issued.
4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHARGEBACKS: You agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or dispute legitimate credit purchases. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback will result in immediate and permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential submission to fraud prevention registries.
7. Third-Party Foundation Models & Upstream Clusters
Do0p is an infrastructure gateway and service provider. We do not train, own, or develop all underlying foundation models (such as Google Veo, Wan 2.2, Flux, CogVideo, etc.).
We have no control over upstream changes, model deprecations, weights modifications, or content policy shifts made by third-party research labs and GPU clusters. We reserve the right to modify, replace, reprice, or discontinue any specific model endpoint at any time without prior individual notice.
8. User Content & Prohibited Conduct
You retain all ownership rights in the input prompts you submit. However, you are solely and exclusively responsible for the content you request and generate.
• Generating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors (reported immediately to law enforcement).
• Non-consensual sexual imagery, deepfakes, or harassment of real individuals.
• Generating instructions for chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons or violent terrorism.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, DDoS, exploit, or bypass Do0p authentication or rate-limits.
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate, irreversible account termination with zero refund or credit recovery.
9. Maximum Limitation of Monetary Liability
CAP ON MONETARY LIABILITY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DO0P AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL).
IN ALL CASES, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE MONETARY LIABILITY OF DO0P AI FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF: (A) FIVE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹500 INR), OR (B) THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DO0P AI IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification & Governing Law
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doop AI, its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the API, MCP server, or website; (b) any violation of these Terms; or (c) any content or media generated through your API key or account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled exclusively through binding individual arbitration or the courts of New Delhi, India.
